Of high importance is that we’re the founders of 🐾 Delco Loves Animals, an up-and-coming non-profit dedicated to supporting local rescues, shelters, fosters, trappers, and anyone involved in animal care and advocacy.

Our commitment goes beyond words: a portion of every real estate commission goes directly to supporting this mission, because we believe in making a difference and together we're stronger — both in our community and in the lives of animals who need a voice.

We started Delco Loves Animals to address the overwhelming stray pet population in Delaware County and to support local pet owners and caretakers in need. One of our main efforts is hosting a monthly Pet Food Pantry to help prevent pets from being surrendered or abandoned due to financial hardship—and to ensure that pets don't go hungry.
